Manager-Transaction Advisory Services
Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and Coordinate Transactions Advisory Service (TAS) engagements throughout the transaction process.
  • Plan, execute, direct a desired transaction and any required financial due diligence for C2C andits Clients.
  • Manage client expectations concerning the transaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. (Advanced degree preferred).
  • REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Ten + years of experience in the following: Transaction advisory and/or realty services.
  • Strong and current knowledge of realty sector processes, practices, policies and statutory compliances.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and simultaneous transactions.
  • Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare accurate and appropriate documentation.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint.
