C2C Code of Ethics and Pledge of Performance and Service to its Customers

C2C follows the Code of Ethics and Pledge of Performance and Service that consists of 15 articles and some Standards of Practice related to it. This code has been formed on the basis of such codes that many global corporations abide by and focuses mainly on professionalism and protection of the public. The Code of Ethics comprises the details of all the responsibilities of our employees and every one of them strictly adheres to it. As a customer, you are entitled to ask for a copy of the code as well as the Standards of Practice. This should help to further assure you that you are in safe hands.
If the code of ethics has been violated by any of the employees, he/she is chargeable with an action of retribution. Given below are the principles of the Code. For any more details, please contact the C2C office.

Duties to Customers

Article 1 To act in an ethical, honest and professional manner.

Article 2 To conform to ISO 9001:2008 standards for all operations which includes customer related operations.

Article 3 To abide by all Service Levels Assured and honor every commitment.

Article 4 To deal with all parties with complete transparency and protect their interests at all times.

Article 5 To abstain from any form of hyperbole or obscuring of facts.

Article 6 To ensure the interests of C2C are known to the client on behalf of whom the transaction is being carried out by C2C.

Article 7 To make known to the client if C2C receives any additional fee for recommending a certain real estate product or service.

Article 8 To disclose to the clients if any compensation is received from another party.

Article 9 To strictly avoid receiving or offering any direct, indirect or illegal remuneration or donation from any party.

Article 10 To spell out all contract details in writing and ensure that all involved parties receive a copy.

Article 11 To provide all services equally to any client irrespective of race, colour, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

Article 12 To ensure that all employees are competent in the field they are engaged in and in case of any doubt, to ask for assistance from the concerned professional, at the same time sharing their lack of knowledge with the client.

Article 13 To maintain honesty in any form of advertisement or public representation.

Article 14 To avoid engaging in any unauthorized practice of law.

Article 15 To be a part of ethics investigations and enforcement actions.
