Asst Manager-Sale and Lease Services
Job Description


  • Search, engage and acquire new clients (landlords) who want to sell properties or give properties on lease.
  • Develop relationships in the real estate industry.
  • Interacting with the clients on daily basis to service their requirements.
  • Gathering and evaluating economic, demographic and real estate market data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage and deliver client expectation throughout the Customer Life Cycle.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver business results as per the mandated targets.
  • Preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
  • Gathering real estate requirements, developing alternative solutions, and implementing preferred approach to achieve desired results.
  • Participating in firm marketing and business development opportunities.
  • Contributing to the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. (Advanced degree preferred.)

  • Five + years of experience in the following: Sales and marketing and/ or realty services.
  • Strong and current knowledge of realty sector processes, practices, policies and statutory compliances.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities and simultaneous transactions.
  • Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare accurate and appropriate documentation.
  • Ability to do extensive market research to find the ‘targeted customers’.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent knowledge of web search applications, tools and methodologies.
