Asst. Manager Customer Relationship & Coordination
Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interacting with the clients on daily basis to service their requirements.
  • Manage anddeliver client expectation throughout the Customer Life Cycle.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver business results as per the mandated targets.
  • Preparation of client presentations and marketing materials\opportunities.
  • Contributing to the preparation of proposals, presentations and reports .
  • Build relationships with clients (local, national and international).
  • Assist with new business developments and cold canvassing of prospective enquiries and listing.
  • Answer client enquiries including arrangement ofphysical inspections.
  • Answer all incoming calls from a multi-client portfolio.
  • Verify and track SLAs till completion.
  • Building customer relations and ensuringclient satisfaction.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external teams, landlords, tenants, clients, partnersandcontractors.
  • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. (Advanced degree preferred.)
  • REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Five+years of experience in the following: Sales and marketing and/or realty services.
  • Strong and current knowledge of realty sector processes, practices, policies, statutory compliances.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, priorities and simultaneous transactions.
  • Strong leadership, business development, recruitment, training, and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written, presentation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong written communication skills including the ability to prepare accurate and appropriate documentation.
  • Ability to do extensive market research to find the ‘targeted customers’.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent knowledge of web search applications, tools and methodologies.
